Terms of Use

1. The Service

Tizer Video provides browser-based tools for creating short-form video, including AI-assisted generation, transcription and related features. Features depend on your plan and may be added, changed or removed at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live) to use the Service. You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Payments and Billing

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). We accept Visa and Mastercard, and any other payment methods shown at checkout. You must be at least 18 years old, and the authorised holder of the payment card used, to make a purchase.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices and plans may change, and changes apply from your next billing period.

The price and currency displayed at checkout are the price and currency shown on your receipt, and your card is charged that amount; your bank may display it in your card's currency. Please keep a copy of your transaction records. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and are subject to the terms of your plan. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Delivery

The Service is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped. Your plan and credits are available in your account as soon as payment is confirmed, and the content you generate is delivered in your account, where you can view and download it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to use.
• Create content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes others' intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
• Generate misleading synthetic media of real people without consent or required disclosure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the Service.
• Resell or share account access.
• Access or use the Service from, or for the benefit of, any country, entity or person subject to OFAC or UN sanctions. We do not provide services to sanctioned countries.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload and videos you create. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display that content in order to operate the Service.

7. AI-Generated Output

Output is produced by third-party AI models based on your inputs and may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing output and for using it lawfully. We make no guarantee as to the quality, accuracy or suitability of any output.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to Pontis FZE LLC and its licensors. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and do not transfer any ownership in it.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for any breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Third-Party Sites and Services

We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites, platforms or services linked from or used with the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms apply from the date they are posted on this page, so please check it regularly.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These Terms, and any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Service, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah.
